about
This version of Lovevolve was recorded with Glen Hansard and his live touring band. This song was featured in Glen's setlist every night during the tours in february and march 2018 throughout Europe and the United States. When we had a day off in in Chicago, we booked into Electrical Audio to record some of Glen's new songs. He wanted us to record a full-band version of Lovevolve as well. This is how it turned out. Myles O'Reilly set this version to video that he captured during the european tour, filmed in London, Utrecht, Brussels, Paris, and Dublin.
lyrics
Looking forward beyond our faults, human.
Moving forward without our fears within.
The walls we build will all crumble.
The lies will all fall away.
The time to rise is upon us.
Out from the darkness and into the light.
Working towards a way for living now.
Slaving for a dream still in our hearts.
The walls we build will all crumble.
The lies will all fall away.
The time to rise is upon us.
Up from the ashes and into the fight.
Light up the world with our hearts, Lovevolve.
Lift up the world with our love, Lovevolve.
Light up the world with our love, Lovevolve.
The walls we build will all crumble.
The lies will all fall away.
The time to rise is upon us.
Out from the shadows and into the light.
Light up the world with our hearts, Lovevolve.
Lift up our world with our love, Lovevolve.
Light up the world with our love, Lovevolve.
